Teupha Camp History

Teupha Camp has been educating the tuba and euphonium students of Texas for nearly a decade. It has grown every year and it is now one of the largest camps of its kind in the world. Each event hosts an all-star lineup of low brass teachers, band directors, and visiting guest artists. Teupha Camp is managed by David Hummel and Brett Blackstone, two veteran tuba/euphonium teachers in the Austin, TX area.
